Sourcepoint, a leading provider of Business Process Management services to the US mortgage industry, announced that Dawn Elmore, Head of Strategic Initiatives was named to Mortgage Banker’s 2021 Powerful Women in Mortgage Banking list. The award honors the most talented, innovative, and philanthropic women who are driving excellence and making a difference in the mortgage industry.

As Head of Strategic Initiatives, Dawn is focused on leading organizational practices that drive efficiency for the company and heighten the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. She also oversees the project management office (PMO) and is Executive Sponsor for company-wide engagement.
When Dawn isn’t strategizing at Sourcepoint, she’s planning and organizing community outreach initiatives at New Dawn Outreach Center. She founded the outreach center in 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida, with the goal of empowering those in need with the resources and life skills essential to live life fully. As the global health crisis disproportionately impacts the homeless and the economically challenged sections of our society, the outreach center is redoubling its efforts to fill the urgent need.
