Sourcepoint, Inc. and its subsidiary Sourcepoint Fulfillment Services, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “Sourcepoint”) respect your privacy and are committed to providing a transparent notice of our Privacy Notice and Disclosure for California Residents. This Privacy Notice and Disclosure for California Residents applies solely to those who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”).

This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in our privacy policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

The CPRA effective January 2023, makes a distinction between “personal information” and “sensitive personal information.” “Personal information” is “information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.” “Sensitive personal information” includes anything that reveals an individual’s personal information, such as Social Security number, driver’s license number, state identification card, or passport number; “a consumer’s account login, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account” , “[a] consumer’s precise geolocation”; and “a consumer’s racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership.” The data privacy protections for sensitive personal information are required to be more robust than those used to protect personal information.

The CPRA no longer includes the employee exception, which means that California employees, applicants, emergency contacts, beneficiaries, independent contractors, and members of boards of directors have the same rights as any other consumer. Employees may request that the company disclose to them the personal information collected on them and or request that this information be deleted or corrected. Employees may direct the company not to sell or share their personal information, and each employee has the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Employees have the right to access personal information and to know what personal information is old or shared and to whom.

Employers must provide notice of employees’ rights under the CPRA and give employees a way to tell the employer about their exercise of these rights. The employer has limited time to respond to a request and must properly document all responses.

Business to business transactions are now subject to the CPRA.

You have the right to request that the Company disclose what personal information it collects, uses, discloses, and sells. You can do this through a verified consumer request. That process is described below.

We collect personal information, which means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household (“personal information”). The following table includes disclosures of the personal information we collect from consumers and have used in the past 12 months, followed by an explanation of the purposes for which it is collected and used, the categories of sources from which it was collected and categories of third parties with whom we share the personal information.

Please note that Personal Information does not include:

• Publicly available information from government records
• Deidentified or aggregated consumer information
• Information excluded from the CCPA’s scope, such as:
• Health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) or clinical trial data
• Personal Information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994
