Dawn is Head of Strategic Initiatives, focused on leading organizational practices that drive efficiency for the company and heighten the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. She also oversees the project management office (PMO) and is Executive Sponsor for company-wide engagement.
With nearly 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, Dawn is an expert and respected leader in the Servicing and Call Center space. She played a pivotal role in the exponential growth of Sourcepoint’s contact center business, was instrumental in rolling out its proprietary analytics and customer intelligence tool and oversaw multi-site international operations.
Dawn has held senior leadership positions with Mr. Cooper, Ocwen, Homeward Residential, and Option One Mortgage. She led strategic sourcing and offshoring, customer contact centers, loss mitigation and fulfilment, and community outreach and advocacy.
In 2021, Dawn was named a Mortgage Banker Magazine Powerful Women of Mortgage Banking, recognized for her contribution to industry innovation and extensive philanthropy.
Dawn is a Business Management graduate from Florida State College.
